Testing and validating are the keys to success as solution development begins.

 

During this phase, initial testing is done in order to validate the solution methodology for the client. Key elements are built to accomplish proof of concept. The learnings from this development work are used to refine and clarify the design. These refinements, and the resulting mutual agreement with the client, lead to implementation scheduling and procurement.

 

As we move forward from this phase, we have a mutually approved solution designed and scheduled.
